OS-SpamGuard is designed to run by channel op's to help control some of the unwanted spambots that currently plague IRC

This script is primarily designed to stop the girlXX spambots, but also has a few other goodies in it.

Please don't ask for exactly how it detects bots, we will not answer that, that would just give a roadmap on how to bypass it's protection

"Normal" detection method will find known bot names, "aggressive" uses a search pattern that will find unknown bots, but will have more false positive matches.

Any false positives can be added to the "whitelist" so they will not be bothered in the future
